Terms of Service

The deal between you and us. Short, because it is a practice app and not a bank.

Using BrainIt means you accept these terms. If you are under 18, that should be with a parent or guardian's knowledge.

What we give you

A licence to use the app to prepare for your own exam. It is personal and not transferable. It is free until the 2027 NEET exam, with no card and no trial that expires into a charge.

What we ask of you

Do not copy questions or explanations out of the app to republish or sell.
Do not scrape, bulk-download or automate against the app.
Do not share your account. It is one person's practice history.
Do not try to break the app or reach other people's data.

We are not NTA

BrainIt has no connection to the National Testing Agency and is not endorsed by them. NEET is conducted by NTA. Anything official about the exam, including dates, syllabus and results, comes from NTA, and we are not a substitute for checking it.

Whose content is whose

Questions from past papers belong to the National Testing Agency. We claim nothing over them. What we do claim is our own work around them: the chapter tagging, the explanations we write, the app and its design.

What we do not promise

That you will pass, or reach any particular mark. What we can say is that every question in the bank came from a past NTA paper and that we fix errors when someone reports one. Practising here is not a guarantee of anything.

We also do not promise the app is never down. It is free, it is built by a small team, and things break.

Ending it

You can stop whenever you like and delete your account in the app. We can suspend an account that is breaking these terms, and if we do we will say why.

Money

There is none. The app is free until the 2027 exam, so there is nothing to refund and no subscription to cancel. If that ever changes, we will say so in the app well before it does and never charge a card we were not given.

If these terms change

We will tell you in the app. Carrying on using it after that means the new terms apply.
