What it is
The engineering route: Main for NITs and IIITs, Advanced for the IITs.
It leads to BTech and BE at NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and, through Advanced, the IITs. It is conducted by National Testing Agency (Main), IITs (Advanced), and everything official about it, including dates, syllabus and pattern, comes from them: jeemain.nta.nic.in.
